Weekly classes

Tuesday courses: Beginner/Level 1 (Erik)
In these classes we introduce the more foundational yoga postures. We take time to explain more about specific postures and share more detailed instructions for certain practices. We always end with meditation and relaxation. You do not need any previous experience of yoga to join.

MyYoganess Dynamic flow - challenge body and mind (Åsa)
This for you who have done yoga for some time and wants to challenge yourself. We explore some more challenging postures like arm balancing and inversions and the flow is often including faster transitions between postures and more physically demanding sequences.  We always end with meditation and relaxation.

Tuesdays 19.00 - 20.30, 90 min class, 12 weeks starting w3. 1675 kr.


MyYoganess Slow flow - simple and deep (Åsa)
We practice breathing exercises, more basic yoga postures & flows, Self Awakening Yoga Therapeutics and Yin. We always end with guided meditation and relaxation. This class is great for you who are new to yoga, if you have an injury, are pregnant or simply just prefer to take it a bit slower. 

Thursdays 17.15 - 18.45, 90 min class, 12 weeks starting w3 (1675 kr)


Yin yoga (Åsa)
Yin yoga is a beautiful, deep practice with long held positions to support the body to let go, give in and reach beyond the muscles and deep into the connective tissue. We are seated throughout the class.
